Nasdaq Quotation. The Parent and the Company each agree to continue the quotation of Parent Common Stock and Company Common Stock, respectively, on The Nasdaq Small Cap Market and The Nasdaq Stock Market, respectively, during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, that the Parent may phase-up the listing of the Parent Common Stock from The Nasdaq Small Cap Stock Market to The Nasdaq Stock Market without the consent of the Company and without violating this Section 6.3.
