Natural Compounds Sample Clauses

The 'Natural Compounds' clause defines how substances derived from natural sources are treated within the agreement. It typically clarifies whether such compounds are included or excluded from certain rights, obligations, or restrictions, such as intellectual property claims or licensing terms. For example, it may specify that naturally occurring molecules, as found in nature, are not subject to patent protection under the agreement. This clause ensures clarity regarding the treatment of natural substances, helping to prevent disputes over the ownership or use of materials that exist in nature.
