Common use of Nature and Scope of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Nature and Scope of Guaranty. Guarantor hereby absolutely and unconditionally guarantees to Administrative Agent the prompt and unconditional payment of the Guaranteed Obligations (as hereinafter defined) when due (after any applicable notice, grace, or cure periods, if any, set forth in the Loan Documents), subject to the terms hereof.

Nature and Scope of Guaranty.
