The Company’s legal basis for the collection, processing and use of Personal Data is the necessity of the processing for the Company to perform its contractual obligations under this Award Agreement and the Plan and the Company’s legitimate business interests of managing the Plan, administering employee equity awards and complying with its contractual and statutory obligations.
