Nature of the processing. The nature of the processing under this DPA (including the attached Standard Contractual Clause) will include processing, data storage, and support necessary to provide the Services to Client. Client is and shall be the controller of the Personal Data provided to Nectar HR in connection with the Services. As applicable to transfers of the Personal Data, Client will also be the data exporter, and Nectar HR shall be the data importer. For purposes of CCPA/CPRA, Nectar HR is and shall remain a service provider, with Client as the covered business.
