Common use of Necessary Amendments Clause in Contracts

Necessary Amendments. The Department may amend this Agreement, and the Third Party Administrator agrees to accept and execute any such amendment, if 1. The amendment is in writing, 2. The amendment is required by a change in state or federal law, or 3. The amendment is required by the Department in the best interest of the state of Florida.
