Common use of Necessary Documentation Clause in Contracts

Necessary Documentation. Contractor certifies that it will furnish University, if requested, any and all documentation, certification, authorization, license, permit, bonding/insurance or registration required by the laws or rules and regulations of the University of Indianapolis, the County of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, other units of local government, the State of Indiana, and the United States. Contractor further certifies that it is now and will remain in good standing with such governmental agencies and that it is now and will maintain its license, permit, registration, authorization, or certification, as applicable, in force during the term of this Agreement for any services provided hereunder. Failure of Contractor to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
