Necessary Records or Information. The arresting or transporting officer will provide, at a minimum, the following documentation: i. An Arrest Disposition Report (“ADR”), containing the following: 1. Name, date of birth, place of birth, next of kind, and current home address; 2. Criminal charge information, including charging offense, presiding court, bond information, and court date(s) if the inmate has provided a bond.
