Need for Restrictions. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that each of the restrictive covenants contained in this Section 10 is reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company, including, without limitation, the need to protect the Company’s trade secrets and Confidential Information and the need to protect its relationships with its Customers, Prospective Customers, Vendors, and agents. The Executive also acknowledges and agrees, as set forth in Subsection 10(g) below, that the Company may obtain a temporary, preliminary, and/or permanent injunction to restrain any violations of, or otherwise enforce, the restrictive covenants contained in Section 10.
