Need for Restrictions. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that each of the restrictive covenants contained in this Section 10 is reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of CSHC, including, without limitation, the need to protect CSHC’s trade secrets and Confidential Information and the need to protect its relationships with its Customers, Prospective Customers, Vendors, and agents. The Employee also acknowledges and agrees, as set forth in Subsection 10(g) below, that CSHC may obtain a temporary, preliminary, and/or permanent injunction to restrain any violations of, or otherwise enforce, the restrictive covenants contained in Section 10.
