Need to Promptly Cash Payment Checks. The face of each check shall state checks that are not cashed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the date of mailing will be voided. For any Class Member whose Individual Class Payment check or Individual PAGA Payment check is uncashed and cancelled after the void date, the Administrator shall transmit the funds represented by such checks to the California Controller’s Unclaimed Property Fund in the name of the Class Member. If the monies represented by your check is sent to the California Controller’s Unclaimed Property Fund, you should consult the rules of the Fund for instructions on how to retrieve your money.
