Common use of Negative Certificate Clause in Contracts

Negative Certificate. A certificate issued by the REGINSOL on [•] 2024 stating that as of [•] 2024, no Decision has been registered with the RCS by application of article 13, items 4 to 12, 16 and 17 of the RCS Law, according to which Brandbrew would be subject to Judicial or Administrative Proceedings.
