Negative Covenants of the Collection Agent. Until the later of the Facility Termination Date for the Eligible Assets and the date upon which no Capital for any Eligible Asset shall be existing and no Yield, Fees or other amounts remain unpaid under this Agreement, the Collection Agent will not, without the written consent of the Agent (with the consent or at the request of the Managing Agents): (a) EXTENSION OR AMENDMENT OF RECEIVABLES. Except as otherwise permitted in Section 6.02, extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Pool Receivable, or amend, modify or waive any term or condition of any Contract related thereto.
