Common use of Negative Responses Clause in Contracts

Negative Responses. If all responses are negative, the employee shall be given notice that the District is unable to place him/her in another position and that he/she will be terminated at the end of ten (10) working days following issuance of the notification, in accordance with the District’s separation procedures.
