Negotiated Contract Option Sample Clauses

The Negotiated Contract Option clause allows parties to agree on specific terms and conditions through direct negotiation, rather than relying solely on standard or pre-set contract provisions. This clause typically outlines the process for negotiating key elements such as pricing, deliverables, or timelines, and may specify when and how negotiations should occur. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility, enabling the parties to tailor the contract to their unique needs and circumstances, thereby ensuring that both sides have input into the final agreement and reducing the likelihood of disputes over unclear or unsuitable terms.
