Common use of Negotiated Rates Clause in Contracts

Negotiated Rates. A. Negotiated Rates for Zones 1 and 2, as such Zones are defined in MEP’s FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time to time (“Tariff”): (a) Negotiated Monthly Base Reservation Rate for Zone 1: $8.2125/Dth of MDQ, and (b) Negotiated Monthly Base Reservation Rate for Zone 2: $8.2125/Dth of MDQ (c) Negotiated Base Commodity Rates: N/A Shipper shall pay the maximum applicable commodity rate set forth in MEPs Tariff for service in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
