Common use of NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES Clause in Contracts

NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES. 22.1 No encroachment onto neighbouring sites and Estate property will be permitted during construction, without the prior written permission of the Owner and ALEMA. ALEMA reserves the right to refuse permission if in its opinion it is not a necessity to encroach. 22.2 Should there be residents in close proximity of the site; additional shade cloth screening may be imposed on the Contractor by ALEMA in order to enhance the privacy of residents.
