NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES. No encroachment onto neighbouring sites and Estate property will be permitted during construction, without the prior written permission of the registered owner of such site and SEEHOA. SEEHOA reserves the right to refuse permission if, in its opinion, it is not a necessity to encroach.

NEIGHBOURING PROPERTIES. 22.1 No encroachment onto neighbouring sites and Estate property will be permitted during construction, construction without the prior written permission of the registered owner of such site and SEEHOA.
