Common use of NEO Aircraft Specification Clause in Contracts

NEO Aircraft Specification. Each of the NEO Aircraft shall be manufactured in accordance with the applicable Standard Specification(s), as may already have been modified or varied at the date of this Agreement by the Specification Change Notices listed in Appendix 2 to Exhibit B, and including the following design weights: (i) A319 NEO Standard Specification: MTOW of [***] metric tons, MLW of [***] metric tons and MZFW of [***] metric tons, and (ii) A320 NEO Standard Specification: MTOW of [***] metric tons, MLW of [***] metric tons and MZFW of [***] metric tons, and (iii) A321 NEO Standard Specification: MTOW of [***] metric tons, MLW of [***] metric tons and MZFW of [***] metric tons.
