Common use of Net Amount Clause in Contracts

Net Amount. In the event that an Indemnifying Party is obligated to indemnify and hold any Indemnified Party harmless under this Article 6, the amount owing to the Indemnified Party shall be the amount of such Indemnified Party's actual out-of-pocket Indemnifiable Cost, net of any insurance or other recovery actually received by the Indemnified Party.
