Net Asset Value. Subject to Section 1 of Article VI of the Declaration of Trust, the net asset value per Share shall be determined separately as to each series or class of the Trust's Shares, by dividing the sum of the total market value of the series' or class's investments and other assets, less any liabilities, by the total outstanding Shares of such series or class, subject to the 1940 Act and any other applicable Fe▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇curities law or rule or regulation currently in effect.
