Common use of Net Collections Clause in Contracts

Net Collections. The Credit Parties shall not allow aggregate net cash collections of the Credit Parties in any calendar month to be less than thirty five percent (35%) of the daily average aggregate outstanding balance of the Notes during such calendar month.
