Jacket The term “jacket” refers to a single enclosed outer covering containing communications wires, fibers, or other communications media. As used in this Agreement, the term “jacket” refers to the outermost sheath or jacket of a cable.
Rubric The rubrics are a scoring tool used for the Educator’s self-assessment, the formative assessment, the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation. The districts may use either the rubrics provided by ESE or comparably rigorous and comprehensive rubrics developed or adopted by the district and reviewed by ESE.
Ergonomics The supervisor/manager will provide training and equipment for staff to safely perform job functions and avoid injury. Employees should contact their supervisor if job procedures, equipment or workstations lead to risk of injury or work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 ▇▇▇▇▇, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit. Outputs Analogue and digital outputs of protected content are allowed if they meet the requirements in this section and if they are not forbidden elsewhere in this Agreement..
