Common use of Net Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Net Purchase Price. On Delivery of each Aircraft, payment of the Net Purchase Price in respect of such Aircraft shall be made by the relevant Buyer in immediately available funds by wire transfer to the account of the relevant Seller as notified by such Seller to such Buyer in writing.

Net Purchase Price. On Delivery of each Beneficial Interest in respect of an Aircraft, payment of the Net Purchase Price in respect of such Aircraft Beneficial Interest shall be made by the relevant Buyer in immediately available funds by wire transfer to the account of the relevant Seller as notified by such Seller to such Buyer in writing.
