Common use of Net Rentable Area Clause in Contracts

Net Rentable Area. Article I, Paragraph 1 of the Lease is hereby amended to provide that from and after the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the "leased premises" and the "net rentable area" of the leased premises shall be stipulated to be 31,523 square feet, comprised of 9,450 square feet of net rentable area on Floor 28 and 22,073 square feet of net rentable area on Floor 31 of the Building. The Existing Premises and the Expansion Premises are sometimes collectively referred to as the "LEASED PREMISES".
