Common use of Network Access by Location Clause in Contracts

Network Access by Location. Contractor shall deliver a Network Access report by location (using the smallest and largest fifteen (15) counties by volume of enrollment) showing the number of general dentists and specialists’ provider locations, number of Participants with and without access and the average distance to a network provider.
