The following requirements must be met by the Customer prior to Motorola installing the proposed system: • Provide network connectivity for the transfer and exchange of data for the proposed system. • Provide Virtual Private Network (VPN) remote access for Motorola personnel to configure the system and conduct diagnostics. • Provide Internet access to server(s). • Provide devices such as workstations, tablets, and smartphones with Internet access for system usage. Chrome is the recommended browser for optimal performance. The workstations must support MS Windows 11 Enterprise. • Provide and install antivirus software for workstation(s). • Provide Motorola with administrative rights to Active Directory for the purpose of installation, configuration, and support. • Provide all environmental conditions such as power, uninterruptible power sources (UPS), HVAC, firewall and network requirements. • Ensure required traffic is routed through Customer’s firewall.
