Network Communications Clause Samples
The NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS clause defines the rules and expectations for electronic communications between parties under the agreement. It typically outlines acceptable methods of communication, such as email or secure online portals, and may specify requirements for data security, confidentiality, and response times. This clause ensures that both parties understand how official communications should be conducted, reducing the risk of miscommunication and helping to protect sensitive information exchanged during the course of the contract.
Network Communications. The Hospital agrees to provide an appropriate, dedicated connection to the internet for the CareView System and CareView Equipment in accordance with the specifications provided by the Provider to the Hospital. If any additional connection is required for operation of the CareView System and/or CareView Equipment in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Hospital agrees to provide such connection. The Hospital agrees to provide and maintain the Return Path for the exclusive use of the Provider in connection with the CareView Equipment and CareView System.
Network Communications. By ticking this box, the Candidate is indicating that they are willing to be emailed or called by the Search Firm (a) to find out whether they can suggest other possible candidates for a particular role (e.g. ex-colleagues or industry contacts), (b) to comment on a particular person who is an active candidate, and/or (c) to assist the Search Firm in building its knowledge and contacts in a particular area (e.g. industry sector).
Network Communications. If requested by Clinic, eScreen will assist with coordinating the process of establishing analog, digital subscriber line (DSL), or cable internet services as necessary for the operation of the eScreen Equipment. Clinic Facility is required to have at a minimum a dedicated analog phone line in place or establish service with a local high-speed internet service provider. Clinic will establish Internet Provider Services through their local ISP and pay all costs associated with the installation and monthly operation of the dedicated phone line (analog or DSL) and Internet Provider Services throughout the term of this Agreement. Clinic will be billed directly by local carriers.

Network Communications. A network can be set up between multiple boards in a location so that you only need to use one board to communicate with LeagueLeader. There are several ways this can be done.
7.1 Connecting to a Galaxy II
1. Set the dip switches on the Galaxy III’s IOB (see 3.5) so that it is in the MASTER position.
2. Set the dip switches on the end dart machines so that 3 is on.
3. Set all of the dip switches on any middle boards to OFF. Master Board Middle Boards End Board
4. Use a regular flat phone line as the network cable for boards less that 15' away. For dart machines that are more than 15' away use round phone line with modular jacks. Use a flat phone line to go from the modular jacks to the dart machines.
5. The "network line" must alternate between COMM IN to COMM OUT between dart machines.

Playing digital music, computer games, recreational computing and chatting are not considered appropriate for educational/ministry purposes and take up bandwidth on our network and therefore are not allowed. Deliberately running programs that “hog” bandwidth are not permissible.
