Network Congestion Clause Samples

Network Congestion. Reduced Speed for Routing or Answering 911 Dialing Calls. There may be a greater possibility of network congestion and/or reduced speed in the routing of a 911 Dialing call made utilizing the Service as compared to traditional 911 dialing over traditional public telephone networks.

As a result, when using Digital Telephony service, calls to 9-1-1 may take longer to reach emergency centres, voice quality may be degraded, or calls may be disconnected. If a call is disconnected, the caller should dial 9-1-1 again, and should be prepared to repeat his or her physical location and telephone number.
Network Congestion. You acknowledge and understand that calls made using the limited emergency response service of Vinix may be subject to network congestion and/or reduced routing speed and that the call may fail.

Network Congestion. When BellSouth notifies Carrier that capacity issues at any BellSouth tandem, including but not limited to port capacity and processing capacity, require Carrier to add interconnection facilities to additional BellSouth tandems or to BellSouth end offices, the Parties agree to joint planning sessions through which the Parties will develop mutually acceptable plan(s) to alleviate such tandem capacity problems. Such mutually agreed to plans may include BellSouth providing the necessary transport facilities past the tandem for Carrier to provide Type 2B interconnection and waiving the charges for such facilities from the tandem to the end office provided however that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to compensate BellSouth for the necessary interconnections facilities to the POI.
Network Congestion. The service may suffer a greater possibility of network congestion and/or reduced speed in the routing of a 911 call as compared to traditional 911 dialing over traditional public switched telephone networks “PSTN”.
