Common use of Network Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Network Maintenance. The Parties will work cooperatively to install and maintain a reliable network. The Parties will exchange appropriate information (e.g., maintenance contact numbers, network information, information required to comply with law enforcement and other security agencies of the government, etc.) to achieve this desired reliability, subject to the confidentiality provisions herein. Neutral Tandem will provide non-discriminatory maintenance intervals that are consistent with the like type services which it provides to itself.
