Network Monitoring Services Sample Clauses

Network Monitoring Services. The Service Provider shall provide 24x7 monitoring and management for the Customer’s Network environment, including: • Wide Area Networks (WAN); • Wired and wireless local area networks (LANs); • Datacentre Local Area Network services; • Internet connectivity services; • Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN); • Third Party connectivity (e.g. VPN); and • IP telephony and Unified Communications infrastructure. The Service Provider shall also provide Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity, monitoring operation on Customer hosted or subscribed datacentres; remote site networks or Wide Area Networks.
Network Monitoring Services. The activities shall include: • Service Provider shall provide services for management of DC network environment to maintain performance at optimum levels on a 24 x 7 basis. • Service Provider shall monitor and administer the network within the DC up to the integration points with WAN and Internet. • Service Provider shall create and modify VLAN, assignment of ports to appropriate applications and segmentation of traffic. • Service Provider shall carry out break fix maintenance of the LAN cabling or maintenance work requiring civil work.
Network Monitoring Services. Customer subscribes for the following service for one year after the Effective Date:

The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.
