Common use of NETWORK OPERATIONAL PHASE Clause in Contracts

NETWORK OPERATIONAL PHASE. Without undue delay after successful completion of the Compliance Check process and in line with the Implementation Plan, the Network Service Provider shall make available the Network and the Connectivity Services in all environments of the ESMIG Services in a manner which allows the Eurosystem and the Di.Co.A. to use the Network and the Connectivity Services for their respective ESMIG Services testing and production activities. For purposes of this Contract, the "Network Operational Phase" of the Network and the Connectivity Services shall be the period commencing on the date on which the Eurosystem has notified the Network Service Provider of the successful completion of the Compliance Check and shall end upon the expiration or termination of this Contract.
