Common use of Network Personal Clause in Contracts

Network Personal. Physician A provider who is employed by or contracted with Group Health’s Network to provide primary care services to Members and is selected by each Member to provide or arrange for the provision of all non-Emergency Covered Services, except for services set forth in the Benefits Booklet which a Member can access without Preauthorization. Network Personal Physicians must be capable of and licensed to provide the majority of primary health care services required by each Member.
