Common use of Network Reports Clause in Contracts

Network Reports. (1) WizCom shall report WizCom-Managed Network performance on a monthly basis. The content of such reports will depend upon the Network Access and Backbone configuration, and the use of third party networks, but WizCom shall provide industry standard measurements as reasonably requested by Avis.
