Network Service Level. (a) As further described in Exhibit C, Seller shall guarantee Buyer that the HM5000 Customers will receive a certain level of network availability with respect to the network that provides the HM5000 Airtime Services. To the extent that Seller does not meet such service levels, the amounts paid by Buyer to Seller pursuant to Sections 1.2(a) and (d) shall be reduced accordingly, as further described in Exhibit C. (b) Seller shall notify a Buyer Customer Care manager immediately in the event of any unscheduled interruption of the Network Service and shall keep Customer Care management updated on the status of any such interruption.
