Network Stability a) Contractor shall implement policies and practices designed (i) to reduce the potential for disruptions in Contractor’s provider networks, and (ii) to minimize the amount of uncertainty, disruption, and inconvenience of Enrollees in the execution of the transition of care as required under State laws, rules and regulations in connection with any such disruption. Contractor agrees to maintain adequate records, reasonably satisfactory to Covered California, documenting its policies and its compliance with these requirements by Contractor and Participating Providers.

  • Analytics 1.1. IFS may track and analyze the usage of the IFS Offering for purposes of determining usage made of the IFS Offering, for the purposes of security, to assist customers, and for improving the Software and Services and the user experience in using such Software and Services. For example, IFS may use this information to help customers derive more value from the Software and Services, to understand and analyze trends, or to track which features are used most often in order to improve the Software and Services. IFS may share anonymous usage data with its service providers for the purpose of helping in such tracking, analysis and improvements. Additionally, IFS may share such anonymous usage data on an aggregate basis in the normal course of operating their business; for example, IFS may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of its software and services.   • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Troubleshooting USER AGENCY agrees that its employees will contact the USER AGENCY Information Technology (IT) Department or representatives before contacting SYSTEM PROVIDER regarding issues related to this Agreement. USER AGENCY agrees that if its IT Department determines there is a problem related to connectivity with SYSTEM PROVIDER, the USER AGENCY will contact SYSTEM PROVIDER's IT Help Desk at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and will send an email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. After business hours, USER AGENCY may contact the SYSTEM PROVIDER Police Command and Control Center at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ for assistance. SYSTEM PROVIDER agrees to make reasonable efforts to identify and remediate any problem as quickly as possible; however, SYSTEM PROVIDER does not guarantee any specific uptime, nor is SYSTEM PROVIDER liable for any damages associated with performance under this Agreement, including but in no way limited to any downtime.
