Networking and Partnership Plan Sample Clauses

Networking and Partnership Plan. At the core of the Networking and Partnership Plan is an annual strategic communications plan that will describe how the Institute’s activities and expertise are to be shared with developing country governments and stakeholders, as well as knowledge exchange that is central to the success of the Institute’s ongoing growth and relevance. In addition to documenting current research and activities to clarify opportunities and challenges, the plan will describe the Institute’s communication needs, goals, measurable objectives, audiences, key messages, and the strategies and tactics for communicating the Institute’s activities to these benefeciaries and stakeholders. Communication objectives will be evaluated against assessments of gender equality and environmental sustainability and will consider the client-driven and collaborative nature of the Institute’s work, with an emphasis on two-way exchanges of knowledge and understanding. Best practices will be followed, with careful consideration of the dynamic and evolving process required to develop governance standards. Measurement and evaluation of the plan’s effectiveness will inform revised strategies and objectives to be developed for the following year.
