Common use of Neurocrine Program Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Neurocrine Program Responsibilities. On a Program-by-Program basis with regard to each Program, prior to the Transition Date with respect to such Program, Neurocrine shall, at Neurocrine’s cost and expense, (a) contribute Development expertise to such Program as determined by the JSC and (b) provide reasonable Development assistance to Voyager during the conduct of such Program, where such assistance is reasonably requested by Voyager and approved by the JSC based on particular Neurocrine expertise.
