New Assignment. If teachers are reassigned to a subject area other than their primary area of certification as a consequence of a reduction-in-force, they shall be fully reimbursed, including books and fees, by the Board for courses in such new assignment area, provided such courses have been pre-approved by the Superintendent or designee.
