Common use of New Certification During Term of Contract Clause in Contracts

New Certification During Term of Contract. If an Interpreter achieves a new or higher certification after initial registration, the Contractor must submit either a copy of the new certificate or the letter of certification from RID declaring any changed certification level(s) to ODHH. ODHH must change the certification status of the Interpreter before the Interpreter can be compensated according to their new certification status.
