Common use of NEW CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

NEW CONTRACT. The parties agree that at the end of the term of this Agreement the parties shall, without obligation, review the terms of this Agreement for the purpose of negotiation of a new agreement for a further term of five (5) years. During the period of negotiation the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect until either party advises the other that negotiations are at an end or the parties enter into a new agreement.
