New Coverage Sample Clauses

The "New Coverage" clause defines the terms under which additional or modified insurance coverage may be added to an existing policy. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting new types of coverage, the insurer's requirements for approval, and any changes to premiums or policy terms that may result. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for updating insurance protection as the policyholder's needs evolve, ensuring both parties understand the procedures and implications of modifying coverage.
