New Eligible Recipients Clause Samples

The "New Eligible Recipients" clause defines the conditions under which additional parties may be designated to receive benefits, rights, or services under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria that must be met for a new recipient to qualify, such as meeting certain eligibility standards or obtaining prior approval from the original parties. For example, it may allow a company to add new employees or affiliates as beneficiaries of a group insurance policy. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility in extending the agreement’s benefits to new parties while maintaining control over who qualifies, thereby ensuring the agreement remains relevant as circumstances change.
