New Engines and Propellers. (Reference Section III Paragraph 3.2.1.1(b)). The appropriate documentation will contain the following statement: “The [INSERT ENGINE/PROPELLER MODEL as appropriate] covered by this certificate conforms to the type design approved under United States Type Certificate Number [INSERT TYPE CERTIFICATE NUMBER AND TCDS REVISION LEVEL], and is found to be in a condition for safe operation and has undergone a final operational check,” and/or any other “import requirements” text as specified in the FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.
