New Faculty Orientation. During their first complete full-time semester, first- year faculty will be required to participate in an orientation. Teaching faculty and laboratory instructors will receive .5 hour reduction in scheduled office hours per week during the semester of the orientation. Counselors will attend orientation as part of their regular workload.
