New Intellectual Property. Any new Intellectual Property created, developed or prepared by either party (including its agents and employees) under this Agreement or in connection with the Services, together with all modifications, adaptations or developments thereto will, unless agreed otherwise in writing, be owned by the party that creates that new Intellectual Property.
