NEW JOB CLASSIFICATION. Subd. 1. In the event the School Board determines to establish a new job classification, the Union shall be notified in writing of such intent. Subd. 2. The Union shall have the right to negotiate the wage rate for newly created job classifications which are within the bargaining unit.
