New Marks. If Kohl’s or its Affiliates adopt a trademark, trade name, service ▇▇▇▇ logo or other proprietary ▇▇▇▇ which is used by Kohl’s or its Affiliates in connection with the Program but which is not listed on Schedule A hereto (a “New ▇▇▇▇”), Kohl’s, upon written notice to Bank, may add such New ▇▇▇▇ to Schedule A. Bank may request that Kohl’s add a New ▇▇▇▇ to Schedule A hereto and license its use hereunder, Kohl’s shall not unreasonably fail to do so. Any New ▇▇▇▇ requested by Bank and agreed by Kohl’s shall be added to Schedule A by amendment of this Agreement.
