Common use of New or Additional Taxes Clause in Contracts

New or Additional Taxes. Tenant's obligation to pay Tenant's Proportionate Share of Taxes and Assessments shall include any Taxes and Assessments of a nature not presently in effect but which may hereafter be levied, assessed or imposed upon Landlord or upon the Property if such tax shall be based upon or arise out of the ownership, use or operation of, or the rents received from, the Property, other than income taxes of Landlord.
