The job description and labor grade classification for each job in effect as of the date of this Agreement shall continue in effect unless changed in accordance with mutual agreement of the Chair of the Union Negotiating Committee and the Company’s Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, or by a decision by the Board of Arbitration pursuant to Paragraph 9 below. 3.
